Administrator User Manual — Detailed Guide
Admin Console1. Access & Security Rules
Access to the Admin Console is restricted to authenticated accounts with the ADMIN role at /portal/admin. Non-admin users are automatically redirected to the client dashboard.
2. System Configuration & Telemetry
The System Config tab enables admins to broadcast live operational notices, set system health line status (e.g. Active & Secure), and communicate scheduled maintenance windows to all clients.
3. Support Ticket Triage & SLA Timers
Tickets feature real-time SLA countdown badges (Critical: 15m, High: 1h, Medium: 4h, Low: 24h). Badges update live every 10s and escalate from WITHIN SLA to AT RISK and SLA BREACHED.
4. Careers & Recruitment (ATS)
Publish job openings, set application deadlines with calculated urgency badges, review candidate dossiers, and manage applicant statuses through recruitment stages.
5. Contract & Document Library
Manage SLA contracts and specs. Documents assigned to "Global" are visible to all clients, while specific client allocations are restricted exclusively to that client.
6. Member Administration
Provision new portal members, change account roles (ADMIN / CLIENT), reset passwords, and update SLA support tiers. Self-deletion protection prevents admins from deleting their own session.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q.How do I log into the Administrator Operations Console?
Navigate to /portal/login and authenticate using your admin credentials (default: admin@bridgeway.tech / admin123). Upon successful authentication, the system automatically redirects you to /portal/admin.
Q.What should I do if a ticket breaches its SLA timer?
Critical tickets have a 15-minute response SLA. If a ticket shows "SLA BREACHED", open the triage drawer in the Admin Console, assign an engineer immediately, update status to "IN PROGRESS", and contact the client via phone or WhatsApp.
Q.How do I upload a document visible to only one client?
Go to the SLA Document Manager in the Admin Console, click "+ Add SLA Document", and select the target client account from the "Target Client" dropdown. Leaving it as "Global" makes it visible to all clients.
Q.How can candidates apply for open job positions?
Job openings published in the Admin Console automatically appear on the public careers page at /company/careers. Candidates can submit their contact details, resume files, and cover letters directly online.
