Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Bridgeway Technologies, you will architect, configure, and maintain resilient core network infrastructures. You will collaborate directly with enterprise clients, telco operators, and government institutions to deliver SLA 99.99% uptime environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain high-speed LAN/WAN, BGP routing, and fiber optic backbones across enterprise locations.
• Implement zero-trust security frameworks, enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), and automated DDoS mitigation protocols.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, data backup replication, and multi-site server virtualization clusters.
• Provide Tier-3 technical escalation support for mission-critical client support tickets.
• Conduct network capacity planning, performance benchmarking, and hardware lifecycle audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
• Active Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIS, or Fortinet NSE certification required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise routing, switching, structured cabling, and fiber deployment.
• Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix server administration, Cisco IOS, and network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor network hardware under high-stakes SLA contracts.
