Responsible Disclosure

At Bridgeway, we take security seriously. If you have discovered a vulnerability in our infrastructure, applications, or portal systems, we appreciate your help in reporting it to us in a responsible manner.

1. Reporting Guidelines

When reporting a potential security issue, please ensure that you:

  • Provide a detailed description of the vulnerability and clear, reproducible steps (or proof of concept).
  • Do not exploit the vulnerability (e.g., download more data than necessary, delete records, or disrupt systems).
  • Provide us a reasonable timeframe to review and resolve the issue before disclosing it publicly.
  • Email your findings securely to security@bridgewaytec.com.

2. Our Commitment

We commit to:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 business hours.
  • Investigate and patch the vulnerability as quickly as possible.
  • Not take legal action against security researchers who comply with these disclosure guidelines in good faith.
