2. Service Procurement and SLAs
All enterprise ICT deployments, software engineering milestones, and networking services are governed by separate, signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The materials on this public site do not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service performance.
3. Portal Usage and Security
Access to the Client Support Portal requires valid credentials. Users are strictly responsible for maintaining credential secrecy and preventing unauthorized access. Attempting to bypass portal authentication, scan for vulnerabilities without permission, or reverse engineer any systems is strictly prohibited.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana.
